I have just discovered a very enjoyable site that presents all the battles of the civil war, and biographies of major playesr, in a easy to follow format.
Chech out Historyanimated.com
It's a simple matter of pressing a play button and watching troops, represented by squares, fight in sequence over map drawings of the various battle fields. Quite cool, you'll like it.

Thanks. I look forward to one of our sharp-eyed pickets standing out there catching a discrepancy in one of the animated battles. Or presenting a different perspective than that of the animated battle and order the various units contributed.
I think it will make for both interesting debate and for providing us as a group something specific that we all see on the animation, and that we can study on using that as reference.

You are right. I also hope someone here can pick up a discrepancy and discussion will follow. I have (until now) not yet discovered any discrepancy tho - but I will go over it more closely soon and may end up noticing something
