USS Tecumseh

Does anyone know of any recent (as in the last few years) number crunching done on a possible raising of the USS Tecumseh which was sunk by a mine off Fort Morgan?
While I assume the $$ costs would be high, I wonder how much might be offset by selling tv documentary rights to someone like Nat Geo, possible involvement by individuals such as Clive Cussler, James Cameron and perhaps some others such as Tom Hanks and Spielberg. Possible hardware input from the Navy, maybe manpower under the guise of some sort of training in raising ships in harbor that had been sunk in terrorist attacks or something.
A facility could be established in Mobile (perhaps at the USS Alabama site) or perhaps at Fort Morgan itself similar to that at Newport News where portions of the Monitor are being preserved.
I would assume that such a facility would be of interest tourism wise.
