What is the name of the African American man that created the coca cola fomula......and why? wasn't he allow to submit his own fomula? have his family been pay any royalties

i read a white confederate veteran named john pemperton invented it to help with his morphine addiction. i would like to know more.if a black person invented the drink in georgia i doubt he recieved any royalties but you never know. where did you get your information?

No wonder Coca Cola used to have real cocaine as an ingredient in the early days!!!

actually they removed his name from all web site and requested his name not be stated as the creator of the forumla sorry I learned his name so many years ago I can't remember. But the Auburn Ave. Research Lib. in Atlanta can help you 404-730-4001 or just go to there website. In the early 1800 slavey or free slaves where not allowed to own property or business the White man do business with the Black man. He actually was cond out of the formula by the promises by a white man he trusted. john pemperton must have been the man he trusted to help him I'm not sure the name of the man that help him sale the formula wasn't mentioned.
